Company Profile

We are small business specialists. Our services are provided on a retainer or hourly fee (plus out-of-pocket expenses) basis for traditional consulting services. Certain cost reduction projects can be conducted on a contingent fee basis.

Our founder and principal is George Cofran, who has 40 years experience in the telecom and information technology industries, and working with small businesses. He has a BSEE degree (computer science major) from Purdue University and an MBA from Dartmouth College. See Cofran Resume for more details.

For the past several years, George Cofran has operated as a sole practitioner.
